Terms and conditions: the rules that matter most

This page summarises the rules that appear across RMking8's promotion terms and member policies. These are the ones that most often decide whether a bonus is paid or a withdrawal goes through. It is not a replacement for the full terms inside the member area, which take priority if anything differs. By using the platform you accept its full terms.

• You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to gamble where you live.
• One account per person. Offers are restricted to one account per person, e-mail address, phone number, bank account and IP address. Some offers also limit one per household or shared computer.
• Your registered name must match the bank or e-wallet you bind for withdrawals. You may be asked for ID, for example for a birthday bonus or a large withdrawal.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private. Support will never ask for it.

1. A bonus must be selected before the deposit is confirmed, where the offer says so.
2. Turnover must be completed before withdrawal. It is usually calculated on deposit plus bonus.
3. Invalid bets, meaning void, cancelled, tied or refunded bets and bets on opposite sides, do not count as turnover.
4. While a bonus is active, bets do not earn rebate or referral commission until its turnover is complete.
5. Bonuses expire: 7 days for sports offers and the Football Challenge, 30 days for the baccarat challenge, and 3 days to collect sign-up rewards. Unless stated otherwise, expired bonus winnings are removed.
6. Some offers have a maximum withdrawal: MYR 50 for the MYR 8.8 social bonus and MYR 180 for the MYR 18 app reward. Any excess is cleared.
7. Product restrictions apply. For example, slot bonuses exclude certain studios and free-spin purchases, sports bonuses exclude outright bets, and the live welcome excludes game-show tables.
8. RMking8 may modify, change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

• Game results are determined by the provider's systems. If a game malfunctions, the round is void.
• Sports bets are settled under each sportsbook's own rules for postponed, abandoned and void events.
• Bets placed in error, or after an event has started (outside in-play markets), can be voided.
• Abuse of promotions, including coordinated betting, opposite-side hedging or exploiting software faults, can lead to bonuses and winnings being withheld.
